Notice of LLCC Water Committee Position Opening – Posted 11/1/2021

Water Committee Vacancy

The Lake Limerick Water System is seeking candidates to fill a Water Committee vacancy.  The term of this position expires in April 2023.

All candidates must be Members in Good Standing as defined in the LLCC Bylaws.  Qualifications for the successful applicant include ability to work collaboratively with others, willingness to participate in regular and special meetings throughout the year, and a strong desire to learn about water system operations, current projects and challenges, and long-term planning.

  • Submit a completed application (available on the Lake Limerick website) along with a Candidate’s statement of interest to mail@lakelimerick.com or you may submit in person at the LLCC office by Nov 11th
  • Attend the Saturday, Nov 13th regular Water Committee meeting to be held in the Crow’s Nest beginning at 9:00 AM to make a brief oral statement of your qualifications and reasons for wanting to be considered for appointment.  You may also attend the meeting using ZOOM.  A ZOOM invite will be sent to you via email.

The Water Committee intends to make a decision at the meeting and then submit its recommendation to the LLCC Board of Directors for consideration/approval at the November 20th Board Meeting.  All applicants will be notified of the Board of Directors decision the week of November 21st.
