LLCC Board Adjusts Water Base Rate – Posted 11/22/2021 @ 2:20pm
The Lake Limerick Board of Directors is aware of the community’s concern regarding the reduction in the monthly base rate for water consumption. It was discussed and the Board took action during the Saturday November 20 meeting. Effective with the December billing based on November usage, your water invoice will be calculated on an adjusted base rate of 5,000 gallons of consumption vs the October approved budget based on 4,000 gallons.
The approved Board motion specifies this is a temporary adjustment in the base rate. This rate is subject to change if actual Water expenses require reinstatement.
The Board also is planning a series of Town Hall events for members starting in 2022, to provide additional information on important topics including water, fire hydrants, lake management, and more. Watch our website for more information as these events are scheduled.
