Divsions 3 Tree Marking & Logging Activity
Homeowners in Division 3 have noticed survey activity and marked trees for logging in Division 3 behind their property on Balmoral and Saint Andrews. Merrill Ring Timber & Land Management company owns timber property north of Division 3 directly adjacent to property owners. The company has the rights to harvest their trees and will not be leaving a buffer strip.
The 20 foot horse trail easement originally planned by LLCC developers is within the property owner’s lot adjacent to the bordering Merrill Ring property line. This easement was surveyed and never recorded with Mason County records based on initial research by our attorney.
WALKING ACCESS TEMPORARILY CLOSED (Aglia Park Trail to St. Andrews Dam)
The walking trail from Anglia Park over the dam to Saint Andrews Drive will be temporarily closed from Monday February 28 – Friday March 11.
We are replacing the concrete pads that secure the dock at both ends. The concrete is failing and due to safety, is in need of repair.
