New Board of Director’s Member – Mike Berni
A special Board of Director’s Meeting was held on September 1, 2022 @ 12:00 noon to fill a vacancy left by a resignation. After hearing statements from candidates Marlo Brown and Mike Berni, the Board of Directors voted to appoint Mike Berni to the vacant position. We would like to thank Marlo Brown for coming forward as a candidate, we appreciated her supportive attitude of the current Board and look forward to having the opportunity to work with her in the future.
