RE: Notice of LLCC Board of Directors Vacancy
The Lake Limerick Board of Directors is seeking candidates to fill a Directors position vacancy. The term of this position expires in April 2023.
All candidates must be Members in Good Standing as defined in the LLCC Bylaws. Qualifications for the successful applicant include ability to work collaboratively with others, willingness to participate in regular and special meetings throughout the year, and a strong desire to learn about Lake Limerick operations, current projects and challenges, and long-term planning.

- Submit a completed Declaration of Candidacy Form along with a Candidate’s statement of interest to mail@lakelimerick.com or you may submit in person at the LLCC office by 5:00pm on October 28, 2022
- Attend the Saturday, October 29th Special Board of Directors meeting. It will be held via ZOOM only beginning at 12:00PM, and candidates will be asked to make a brief oral statement of qualifications and reasons for wanting to be considered for appointment. Board members will review your application materials prior to the meeting and may also ask questions at Saturday’s candidate presentation time.
- If you are unable to participate via ZOOM, please contact the office by Friday, October 28th so that other arrangement (if possible) can be made.
The Board intends to make a decision at the October 29th meeting.
