LLCC Membership,
During the July 15, 2023 Lake Limerick Board of Directors meeting, the board went into closed session to discuss legal/personal issues and Compliance Register/Hearing Committee Issues. A motion was made and passed by the board to remove John Ingemi as president of the board. John will continue as an active and valued member of the board.
According to our bylaws, the board of directors shall elect a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. Until then, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President.
