2023 – 2024 HOA Dues & Water Increase
Lake Limerick Community Members,
We want to take a moment to remind you about the recent changes to the HOA dues and water rates.
Effective October 1st, 2023, the HOA dues members approved at $120.00 per month.
Also, to inform you that the water rates have also been updated.
For metered lots, the new rate is $58.00 per month, and for non-metered lots, it is $33.00 per month.
If you have set up an auto-pay arrangement, we request that you update your payment to reflect the new amounts.
