There has been some discussion recently as to who can be a member of a committee within the Lake Limerick Community. The Bylaws state:
Article I, section 4. Member. A member is the owner or contract purchaser of a Lake Limerick lot.”
Article II, section A. General. “…Members are the legal owners or contract purchasers of residential lots within the jurisdiction of Lake Limerick Country Club…”.
“…Membership is appurtenant to ownership of each lot in Lake Limerick Country Club.”
