Dear Lake Limerick Community,
Lake Limerick leveraged an HR consulting firm and has made the call to restructure the CAM role. Effective December 1, 2023, Roger Milliman is no longer in the CAM role. The board and administrative staff will be working to identify the future needs of Lake Limerick, the organization structure and will begin hiring for the leadership role(s) in January 2024.

Message from Roger,
“Today is my last day as the Lake Limerick Community Association Manager. I have proudly served the past 5 years providing operational leadership for a wonderful community that Nancy and I enjoy living in.
We have grown and achieved many successes including annual financial stability. We successfully worked through COVID challenges retaining our employees while many businesses cut back. Our employees continue providing excellent daily customer service maintaining your assets and serving numerous member needs.
We look forward to the community’s continued prosperity. It has been an honor serving the Lake Limerick Community and the hundreds of volunteers that make this a wonderful place to live.
