Lake Limerick Country Club is very excited to be hosting the regional HOA meeting on Saturday, March 31^st at 10:00 am.  We are located at 790 E. St. Andrews Drive, off Mason Lake Road.  We will gather in the Great Hall at the Inn. 

One of our members has agreed to give a brief talk on disability awareness and service animals during the first hour.  This talk is open to all members.  There will be a short break with refreshments followed by a round table discussion for the HOA leaders.

ROUND TABLE TOPIC:

How do the different associations deal with the following issues around renters:

• Does a renter registry work?
• How do you deal with “slum lords”?
• Should renters have member privileges?
• What kind of rules work to govern vacation rentals, (Airbnb’s, etc)?

Other topics will be welcomed, time allowing. 

Being able to share information and gain knowledge with our local associations is invaluable.  We look forward to seeing you!
