Lake Limerick Hires Security Guard Service
The Board of Directors has listened to the community’s security concerns.
LLCC has hired Washington Guard Services to patrol our streets, parks, water sites, and HOA buildings.
The company’s vehicles are marked with roof lights and guards wear uniforms.
Starting Saturday, July 1st guards will make daily random daylight, evening, and night patrols.
Service includes foot patrols of 7 parks, 6 water sites and 3 HOA buildings.
The guards are instructed to check your Member identification when you’re at our parks.
If you have not picked up your Member ID, contact 360.426.3581 or come to the Office Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
