Late, NSF, 1% Assessment Fees – Effective 10/1/2024
Effective in October 2024 the office will begin to assess late fees for unpaid HOA dues and/or Water. The fee structure is:
- Water late fee is $10
- HOA late fee is $20
- NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Fee is $50
- 1% Assessment fee applied to any unpaid balance per month
As a reminder, HOA and Water balances are due prior to the 1st of the following month. For example, October dues and water balances are considered late if paid after October 31st. The appropriate fees will be assessed on November 1st for October unpaid balances.
Lastly, if your account is delinquent, you may soon receive a call from the office trying to collect. To avoid late fees and the 1% assessment, pay any balance due no later than October 31st. Per the collection policy, payment plans may be an option if you make your request in writing to the General Manager.
