Lake Limerick Health & Safety Measures – Updated 3/14/2020 @ 2:10pm

Lake Limerick and COVID 19
The Lake Limerick Country Club (LLCC) Homeowners Association is concerned about the well-being of its members during the current COVID19 pandemic public health emergency. We recognize the public health concerns, particularly given the older age profile of our membership. We also recognize that maintaining a sense of community is vital to helping us all get through this physically and mentally in the face of what can be an isolating and frightening crisis. Obviously, the state and national response to COVID19 is changing constantly. What LLCC does in response will need to change as new information and new local, state and national actions change in response to the pandemic.
The safety of our members, whose demographic is older and therefore in the higher risk group is paramount. We also agree that retaining and protecting the safety of our trained and loyal workforce is critical to LLCC’s long-term success. To that end, we will try to maintain salaries and benefits to our employees until state and federal wage benefits are available under special COVID19 rules and legislation.
We are taking the following actions in the short term. This may all change on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis. Moreover, short term may be up to 4 or more months.
