The 2020-21 budget does not reflect future needs identified in a Reserve Study. During our current fiscal year, a Reserve Study will be conducted by a specialized consulting firm so future budgets take into consideration Lake Limerick’s long-term asset management needs.
WA State law referencing RCW 64.38.065 states “An association is encouraged to establish a reserve account with a financial institution to fund major maintenance, repair, and replacement of common elements, including limited common elements that will require major maintenance, repair, or replacement within thirty years.”
