NOTICE: Special Membership Meeting to address the Budget Announcing a September Meeting of the Membership and an extension of the ballot due date.

Budget Ratification Meeting & Ballot Due-Date Extension:

 A meeting of the membership will be held on Sept 30, 2023. The meeting will provide Q&A on the proposed budget and an opportunity to turn in ballots. The ballot due date is extended to September 30, 2023, at noon (12:00pm).

A big thank you to the members for bringing to our attention the process/timeline oversight. Your encouragement and questions are making needed improvements to our budget process.

• Context: RCW requires a meeting of the membership for ratification of the budget To meet this need, a Special Meeting of the Membership is set to occur September 30, 2023, at 9:00am- 11:00am to address the budget. Meeting format: Discussion on the HOA budgets. We intend to have the Elections Committee count ballots the same day so that results can be promptly announced to the membership. If the ballot count is not completed the same day, then the results will be posted on the website as soon as possible.
