Lake Limerick Home Owners Association

Lake Limerick Country Club is a Homeowners Association (HOA) incorporated in the State of Washington. All property owners in our community are members of the Association.

With a variety of shared amenities, an active membership, a busy calendar of events, and a rich history, we take pride in caring for our community. Guided by state requirements and a commitment to good stewardship, the Association follows a thoughtful and organized approach to governance and management—ensuring Lake Limerick continues to thrive for everyone.

The Association operates under the leadership of an elected Board of Directors, supported by various member-led advisory committees and a professional, dedicated staff. Together, they work to serve the interests and needs of the membership.

The Association holds two semi-annual general meetings: one in April, which includes the election of Board members, and another in September to present and discuss the annual budget (October marks the beginning of the fiscal year). Additional town halls and informal table-side discussions may be held as needed to foster transparency and encourage community engagement.
