About Lake Limerick

The Lake Limerick Country Club is a scenic private community and golf club located just outside Shelton, WA, on the Olympic Peninsula.

We are a Homeowners Association (HOA) incorporated in the State of Washington. Membership in the Association consists of property owners within the community.

• Community size & structure: Lake Limerick Country Club is a private homeowners association spanning over 1,100 homes and recreational lots, managed by an elected board and various committees.
• Lakes & boating: The club includes two lakes:
  • Lake Limerick: Semi‑private, open to members and guests year‑round (and to the public during fishing season, if actively fishing with a license). Offers fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, rowing, sailing, and water sports including a slalom ski course.
  • Lake Leprechaun: Private, gas-free, with restrictive speed limits for peaceful recreation.
• Private Parks: Seven diverse parks (beach, playground, picnic sites, boat launches), including Club House Park, Anglia, Banbury, Log Toy, Way to Tipperary, Olde Lyme, and Leprechaun Park. Boat launch access varies seasonally.

⛳ Golf

• 9-hole course with dual tees totaling approximately  5,779–5,864 yards, par‑72. Tree-lined, with manicured greens, water hazards, and gentle terrain; wildlife like deer and raccoons often appear.
• Public access: Open year-round, public welcome; includes Pro Shop and café. For Greens Fees see the golf club’s website.
• Clubs & leagues: The Lake Limerick Golf Course hosts Ladies’ and Men’s leagues with weekend and weekday play, tournaments like the Shamrock Tournament (ladies), the St. Andrews Open Tournament (men), and mixed events.

🍽 Dining & Facilities

• Inn Restaurant & Blarney Lounge: Members‑only fine and casual dining with weekly specials, scenic lakeside patio in summer, and lounge activities like trivia nights, bingo and karaoke.
  • Inn hours: Wed, Thu, Sun 5–8 pm; Fri–Sat 5–9 pm.
• Cafe/Pro Shop: open to the public
  • Café/Pro Shop: Wed–Fri 9 am–3 pm, Sat–Sun 8 am–3 pm.
• Facility rentals: The Great Hall overlooks the lake and is available to the public for weddings, receptions, and other events.

The club organizes a variety of events year-round, such as:

• Seasonal festivals: Fishing Derby, Lake Limerick DAZE, End‑of‑Summer Bash, and a New Year’s Eve Party.
