- The ski course is a slalom setup, complete with buoys anchored in the lake to mark the path .
- It’s installed and maintained by the Lake Limerick Water Ski Club – an informal group of enthusiasts who promote the sport in the community.
- Course etiquette: newcomers are encouraged to introduce themselves to regular skiers. There’s no formal booking—just ask around for course usage times and rules.

- LLCC hosts two bi-annual competitions/demonstrations: one during “Lake Limerick Daze” (in early June) and another at the “End of Summer Bash” (on Labor Day weekend).
