The Board of Directors approved HOA Budget is automatically ratified because a majority of the Association membership did not affirmatively reject the budget.

The Board of Directors approved Water Budget is automatically ratified because a majority of the Association membership did not affirmatively reject the budget.
Independent Audit
The Independent Audit is approved because 67% of the votes cast did not vote to waive the audit.
