Water Billing Information

Hello Lake Limerick Country Club Members,

We wanted to notify all Members that they might see a duplicate water charge on their Resident Center ledger for 2/8/2026 water metered or water non-metered accounts only.  Our Property Management Software, Buildium, is aware of this and are actively working to get the 2/8/2026 duplicate charges removed.  We do not have an ETA at this time but will communicate once all accounts have been corrected.  We appreciate your patience during this time and will post an update to all soon as possible.
