Late Fee Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that water and HOA dues are due by the end of the current month. If there is ANY balance on your account, there will be a late fee added on the first of the month of $50.00 or 5% whichever is less. If you have any questions, please contact the front office at 360-426-3581
