Late Fees – Starting April 28, 2025

Payment is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period of 27 days. If payment isn’t received, a fee of $10.00 will be charged on the 28th of each month. An additional fee equal to 1% of outstanding balances will be charged on the 28th of each month. Late fees will only be charged for outstanding balances of $25.00 or more.
