New LLCC Collection Policy

Notice to all members of the Lake Limerick Homeowners Association

Within the next week, we will send you a copy of our new Lake Limerick Collection Policy via the U. S. Postal Service. This policy was drafted by our attorneys to ensure compliance with new laws concerning Homeowners Associations, including those that will take effect on January 1, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the policy during their monthly meeting on August 16, 2025.
