FY2027 HOA Dues Adjustment

Dear Lake Limerick Members,

This is a reminder that monthly HOA dues will increase to $148 per month effective October 1, 2026, as approved in the FY2027 Budget adopted on September 19, 2026.

The approved budget supports the continued operation, maintenance, and improvement of community facilities, infrastructure, amenities, and services that benefit all members.

Members utilizing automatic payments should verify that their payment amount is updated to $148 per month effective October 1, 2026.
